  • Offer expert digital guidance and devise actionable strategies for clients, utilizing diverse communication channels across earned, owned, and paid media.

  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of digital endeavors, continuously refining strategies to future-proof clients' digital transformations.
  • Lead and guide a team of proficient account managers, promoting talent growth and retention within the organization. 


  • A minimum of 6 years of account management experience, focusing on digital communications, coupled with a creative aptitude.
  • Proven track record in establishing and nurturing senior client relationships, driven by a results-oriented approach.
  • Deep comprehension of audience requirements, digital touchpoints, and the capability to devise strategies that resonate across diverse platforms.
  • Display familiarity with automation and AI technology for digital transformation, although it's preferable, it's not mandatory.
  • Showcase robust leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and energizing teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Display exceptional time management and organizational skills, thriving within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate an articulate and captivating communication style, proficient in managing numerous client relationships and team demands.
