We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team! 

We are seeking an adaptable and energetic candidate who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, developing strategies, overseeing projects, and implementing digital marketing initiatives, including social media and ecommerce strategies. Additionally, the role entails managing website and digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage client relationships from a strategic point of view, driving digital success for clients. 
  • Act as primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, ensuring retention and strong working relationships. 
  • Act as a gatekeeper for all other client contact, ensuring high-quality work is being achieved. 
  • Bring new ideas, innovative solutions, and fresh thinking to clients to add value to their accounts. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients. 
  • Provide management level support on the Account Management team, helping junior staff manage their responsibilities and client accounts. 
  • Identify campaign and activation opportunities for clients, articulate benefits to key stakeholders, and roll out the implementation plan. 

Requirements: 

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Business Management or equivalent work experience. 
  • Over 3 years of experience in Account Management at agency level. 
  • Proficient in all digital advertising platforms with the ability to review and analyze ad metrics and Google Analytics. 
  • Skilled in email marketing. 
  • Familiarity and experience with ecommerce businesses, particularly Shopify. 
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from start to finish. 
  • Capable of balancing multiple client deliverables and internal obligations. 
  • Experienced in an agency environment or similar. 
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Digital Marketing trends.
