We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects, from initial planning to final delivery. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact with clients, managing their expectations, attending work in progress meetings, and cultivating strong relationships to ensure continued business. Working in close collaboration with the design team and suppliers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed action plans, communicating project deliverables, and ensuring the project stays on track. Furthermore, the candidate will work closely with the internal teams to guarantee timely and cost-effective project delivery, while also overseeing project administration.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between clients and the design team. 
  • Ensure a clear understanding of the project brief and convey it succinctly to the design team. 
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations. 
  • Manage project budget and communicate updates to clients, advising on invoices and promptly activating them. 
  • Prepare proposals, design briefs, budgets, schedules, and contact reports. 
  • Create well-structured and compelling presentations for internal and client audiences. 
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, identify needed actions and support, and highlight deadlines. 
  • Assist in resource planning for the project. 
  • Ensure proper processes are followed and documentation is under control. 
  • Understand brand and identity processes in detail and communicate them clearly to clients. 
  • Participate in business development efforts, both for existing and new clients. 
  • Assist in planning project launches internally and externally. 
  • Conduct project reviews with the team and clients to close out projects. 
  • Compile materials for client presentations and document project administration standards. 
  • Maintain financial responsibility by tracking project spend, budget, and invoicing at month-end. 
  • Conduct research on clients and their competitors to gather background information. 

As a team member in this role, you will be working collaboratively with the creative director, client director, creative team, and external contractors to deliver outstanding solutions for all briefs. It will be essential to communicate daily progress on projects to the creative director or client director, as you will be responsible for preparing written briefs and contact reports for projects, which include all relevant information, and leading internal briefing sessions that are relevant to your projects.
