Our client, a private educational institution, is in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to take responsibility over planning and executing marketing and communication strategies. This position will report to the Head of Marketing and require close collaboration with various teams to create optimised content across digital channels, primarily focusing on lead generation and conversion. The responsibilities will include web, email, both paid and organic search, social media, and the oversight of webpage updates and graphic content for the company.

Furthermore, the selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, encompassing emails, videos, websites, social media, among others, and evaluating their performance against the clients objectives.

This role requires 4 days a week on-site presence.

  • Manage daily CMS operations with WordPress for content updates.
  • Collaborate with sales and admission teams for content strategy and data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor online channels and conduct regular web audits.

  • Supervise social media interactions for positive customer experiences.
  • Measure engagement across social channels and maintain brand consistency in regard to tone of voice and terminology.


  • A degree in (Digital) Marketing, Project Management or another, related field.
  • 3-5 years or more of digital and data analysis experience, including expertise in website tracking.
  • Proficiency in Digital Analytics Tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, and Google Optimize, as well as Microsoft365.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot platforms.
  • Knowledge of using databases for advanced segmentation.
  • Exhibit a successful track record in managing digital projects.
  • Work with WordPress Content Management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative teamwork, and relationship-building capabilities.
