We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to effectively coordinate and optimize all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring the brand is consistently and effectively represented. In this position, you will play a proactive role in planning, developing, and managing website content, including drafting web articles, updating the event calendar, and creating engaging multimedia content such as videos, blogs, and graphics. Additionally, you will support the implementation of the firm's CRM system, handle administrative tasks, and provide ad hoc assistance as needed to contribute to the overall success of the organization. 

This opportunity is a 1-year contract, with high probability of turning into a permanent role.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee website development projects and ensure ongoing content management for the company website. 
  • Regularly report on relevant KPIs to track and measure website performance. 
  • Develop a comprehensive social media plan, consistently updating and maintaining a strong presence across all social media platforms to expand our online reach. 
  • Execute specific social media campaigns as needed to drive engagement and achieve campaign objectives. 
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, analysing analytics data and providing recommendations to enhance audience engagement. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create online surveys, polls, and other interactive content for targeted events, services, and sector campaigns. 
  • Manage accounts and maintain the integrity of the pipeline database. 
  • Implement database clean-up processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Organize and manage company events, handling event planning, venue coordination, invitations, third-party engagement, and media involvement. 
  • Provide administrative support and assist with other tasks required to support operations. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a communication or digital marketing position, including administration responsibilities. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media community management, and analytics. 
  • Solid knowledge of email and survey marketing platforms, content management systems, and Adobe Suite. 
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional writing and proofreading skills. 
  • Relevant third-level qualification. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
