As they continue to expand their team, we are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting the most important strategic goals. The candidate will become responsible for developing, executing and overseeing both marketing and communication strategies, including the yearly marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to establish the most effective strategies.
  • Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with local marketing and advertising teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with PR representatives to address press needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to local advertising teams.
  • Contribute to the development and management of social media and customer communications.
  • Monitor and evaluate show campaigns, comparing sales results to budget strategies.
  • Organise launch events, press drops, competitions, and creative show promotions.
  • Shape public perception through brand identity execution across media.
  • Manage production of seasonal brochures and marketing materials, including design, content, and distribution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Assistant/Administration roles.
  • Passion for the Theatre and Entertainment industry.
  • Proficient in all aspects of digital marketing; social media, website content management systems, and analytical tools. Familiarity with digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, MailChimp, WordPress, HTML, Hootsuite).
  • Demonstrated experience tailoring communications and marketing across diverse audiences.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in coordinating multiple marketing campaigns at once.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft365.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to tight deadlines.
