We have an exciting role for a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead to overtake leadership over a team of performance marketing specialists. Responsibilities:

  • Formulate innovative brand growth strategies utilizing reach, ROI-focused consumer approaches, and data-driven acquisition tactics.
  • Foster strong relationships with executive-level Marketing leaders throughout the organization, effectively addressing their business challenges through digital marketing initiatives while also driving new business opportunities.
  • Implement and execute marketing performance enhancement strategies for optimal results.
  • Skillfully negotiate agreements encompassing all aspects of programmatic advertising.
  • Lead and nurture a team of performance marketers to ensure the realization of departmental objectives and expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide valuable insights and guidance to members of the integrated media team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to shape the future direction of our programmatic and Google capabilities.
  • Cultivate fruitful relationships and actively engage in business development initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage multiple Global campaigns across programmatic mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, audio, and Google.

Requirements:

  • A 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or a demonstrated relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a dynamic agency environment.
  • Extensive expertise in the Google environment, including proficiency in Ads and Analytics.
  • Proven capability in leading high-performing marketing teams that achieve outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the realm of performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Trade Desk platform would be a plus.
  • Experience in the US marketing landscape would be beneficial.
