- Oversee sponsorship and community partnership activity, ensuring initiatives generate meaningful brand and audience engagement.
- Support the development and delivery of CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, customer communications, lead-generation activity and pre-launch campaigns.
- Work with customer and data teams to improve campaign targeting, response rates and overall effectiveness.
- Develop marketing programmes that can be activated through a nationwide network of commercial partners.
- Provide marketing guidance, campaign materials, training and communication forums to support consistent local execution.
- Create targeted campaigns for specific customer groups, business markets and product categories.
- Contribute to the marketing of premium and specialist offerings within the wider brand portfolio.
- Monitor customer behaviour, brand performance, market developments and competitor activity.
- Use campaign data and commercial insights to identify opportunities for growth and recommend improvements.
- Establish campaign objectives and performance measures, reporting regularly on results and return on investment.
- Manage allocated marketing expenditure and ensure activity is delivered within approved budgets.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and apply learnings to future marketing programmes.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging and presentation across all customer touchpoints.
- Support the senior marketing leadership team with additional strategic and operational projects as required.
