About the Role

As the business continues to scale, my client is seeking to appoint an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to take ownership of performance marketing activity across a range of paid channels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is both analytical and commercially minded, with a strong track record of managing and optimising campaigns to drive measurable growth.

Working closely with the wider marketing and leadership teams, you will be responsible for planning, executing and continuously refining paid acquisition strategies across multiple platforms. The role offers significant scope to influence performance outcomes and contribute directly to the company’s ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Taboola and Microsoft Ads
  • Develop channel strategies aligned to overall business and growth objectives
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment
  • Test new channels, audiences and formats to identify scalable opportunities

Campaign Optimisation & Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and make data-driven adjustments
  • Optimise targeting, bidding strategies, creatives and landing page performance
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences and funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Identify trends, insights and opportunities for continuous improvement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
  • Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to assess performance
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all campaigns

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Support broader marketing initiatives with paid amplification strategies
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends and emerging tools
  • Contribute ideas to improve overall customer acquisition and marketing effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and at least one additional platform (TikTok, Taboola or Microsoft Ads)
    Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable performance improvements
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rates
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and tag management solutions
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Desirable

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Experience working in a high-volume, direct-to-consumer environment
