Their regional hubs in Europe (Dublin), the USA (Los Angeles), and Africa (Casablanca) offer unique multi-country campaign solutions and are staffed with multicultural talents, ensuring agile and efficient services without the need for local offices. The company boast a global presence with 40 offices and 800+ professionals. 

We are now looking for an experienced PR professional looking to transition into a dynamic business development role. The main goal of the role is to drive growth and build client relationships for our client's international hubs. Reporting to the Hub’s CEO and Business Directors, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, and showcasing our client's global capabilities to win new business.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Review and enhance business development materials and platforms, including website content and social media.
  • Engage with marketing and communication resources to develop cross-selling strategies within the organization.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with a focus on Global or Regional Communication Directors.
  • Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the response process for incoming inquiries and proposals.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to create engagement strategies for identified leads.
  • Coordinate with PR teams to tailor responses to client needs and budget proposals effectively.
  • Work with operational teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hubs and the wider organization.
  • Explore opportunities for offering additional services to existing clients. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience at AM/SAM level in PR or marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of PR industry and international communication needs.
  • Proven track record in multinational new business development or related fields.
  • Language abilities in French, Spanish, German, or other languages are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
