 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, curate, and refine digital content.
  • Manage workflow efficiently in a dynamic, target-oriented environment across multiple clients.
  • Supervise the creation of copy and content for social platforms, liaising with the project and design team as necessary for digital content production.
  • Collect social media data and analytics to generate concise reports and assess performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Devise monthly paid social media advertising strategies spanning Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Conceptualize and implement impactful social media campaigns for pivotal client moments to complement ongoing social media content.
  • Continuously innovate social content to remain abreast of the latest trends.
  • Engage in daily client-facing communication. 

 Requirements: 

  • Genuine enthusiasm for social media across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital agency.
  • Demonstrated capability to discern attributes that enhance content shareability and adapt it to suit specific platforms effectively.
  • Proficiency in planning, creating, and implementing digital media content with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong creative copywriting skills adaptable to diverse client tones of voice.
  • Thorough understanding of social media advertising platforms and the ability to execute paid campaigns proficiently.
  • Aptitude for creative thinking and swift action.
  • Competence in measuring content impact and driving enhancements based on results.
  • Familiarity with native and third-party analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
