Our client, a leading sports fashion brand, are seeking a skilled Brand Development Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating their brand identity to drive business expansion. You'll spearhead the creation and implementation of brand strategies, working closely with diverse teams to ensure a unified brand message across all platforms and campaigns.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute dynamic brand strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the buying team to ensure brand messaging complements product offerings and company ethos, particularly on the website.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely brand initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, external partners, and retail outlets to drive brand initiatives and partnerships.
  • Utilize website analytics and other tracking tools to monitor brand performance metrics, optimizing visibility and impact.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyse data from various sources to uncover trends and consumer insights.
  • Efficiently manage allocated budgets for branding activities, leveraging insights from website performance metrics.
  • Develop and uphold brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels, including website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Work collaboratively with the E-Commerce Manager to enhance both online and in-store marketing efforts. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing or a related role, preferably within the outdoor retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messaging.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for brand development and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing brand marketing strategies, with examples of campaigns resonating with target audiences.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including buying, e-commerce, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in budget management and measuring branding impact using website analytics and relevant metrics.
