We are looking for a senior Sales Director for one of the leading brand agencies in Ireland to drive sales and growth in the EMEA region. For this role we are seeking candidates with passion, vision, and the ability to inspire clients and teams. Leading new business initiatives, pitches, and proposals, while nurturing senior stakeholder relationships, is key.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients while maintaining existing ones, aligning with portfolio and annual targets.
  • Manage and own the live sales report, providing detailed weekly updates to senior management.
  • Oversee sales and marketing processes, managing the funnel pipeline for new business.
  • Own and report on financial targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Collaborate with MD and deputy MD on sales strategy development.
  • Lead sales pitches, proposals, and cost estimation, particularly for new clients.
  • Assist in developing a new marketing plan, collaborating with senior management.
  • Work with relevant departments on key business pitches.
  • Assist other teams with event and campaign management as needed.
  • Explore new revenue streams in collaboration with the management team.
  • Ensure accurate costing and tight expense control for projects.

 Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated history of success in leading sales within the events industry.
  • Deep comprehension of event planning, production, and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Aptitude for creative and strategic problem-solving to foster growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
