Responsibilities: 

  • Offer expert digital guidance and craft actionable strategies for clients, utilizing diverse communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure the effective execution of strategic plans across the organisation.
  • Foster and expand relationships with senior clients, identifying growth opportunities and driving business expansion.
  • Supervise the creation and execution of paid campaigns across social, search, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Evaluate and refine KPIs focused on clients’ needs.  
  • Lead by example, become the team player and mentor our account managers need to grow in their own careers.   

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in account management
  • You have a track record of successfully establishing client relationships, with a focus on achieving results.  
  • You understand audience preferences, the digital channels, and have an easy time devising cohesive strategies in all types of platforms.
  • You are a natural leader, used to leading by example showing your team how to find the best ways to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficient in time management and organization.
  • You possess amazing communication and presentation skills.
