Joining their brand team as a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client accounts, setting objectives aligned with the client's business plan, and formulating tailored strategies to help achieve their business objectives.
  • Creating, implementing and managing strategies, campaigns and campaign activations
  • Providing expertise on all things marketing and social media, paid and organic.
  • Staying up to date with market and industry trends, displaying a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Project managing all content and creative campaigns
  • Undertaking individual projects and assisting team members, delivering advice and support to clients.
  • Adhering to the agency's procedures and quality standards.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services and keeping clients regularly informed about progress and costs.
  • Ongoing business development
  • Meeting targets for billing and time recording
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships

Requirements:

  • Over 6 years of experience in Account Management within advertising, communications, or marketing agency, or a relevant position.
  • A marketing problem solver with a passion for devising plans that deliver exceptional results for their clients.
  • Strong passion for all things social media, including paid and organic
  • Capable of both creating and executing plans
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Accomplished leader with excellent skills in time management, budgeting, and people management.
  • Proficient in creating campaign strategies and overseeing campaign activations.
  • Skilled project manager with experience in managing content or creative campaigns across various platforms
  • Extensive experience in business development, contributing to both business and client growth.
  • Prior experience in implementing sponsorships within a marketing role.
