Business Development Manager – Global Hubs EMEA + USA 

A renowned international PR group with over 800 professionals across 40 offices globally, specializing in PR, events, and digital communication. The company has a unique approach with regional hubs in Europe, USA, and Africa, delivering agile and efficient multi-country campaigns without relying on local offices. 

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of hub operations in Europe, Africa, and America. The BDM will play a key role in driving business growth, establishing new client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Account Manager with international PR experience and a strong grasp of social and influencer dynamics to transition into a Business Development role. Reporting to the Hub’s CEO and Business Directors, the BDM will be responsible for developing and managing the overall business development strategy.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop the overall business development strategy in collaboration with the hub’s CEO and business directors.
  • Review and adapt business development materials, create new content, and liaise with the hub’s content resources.
  • Engage with the global PR group's marketing and communication resources to develop a cross-selling strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, focusing on Global or Regional Communication Directors for Europe, Africa, or America.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, proposing tailored solutions leveraging the hub’s expertise.
  • Manage the response process for inquiries, proposals, and requests for information.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to engage identified leads and tailor responses.
  • Coordinate with the PR team to create fast turnaround proposals and budget new business proposals.
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the three hubs and the broader group. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience at least at AM/SAM level, preferably in an agency.
  • Strong knowledge of the PR industry with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by Communication Directors.
  • Proven experience in multi-national new business activity within PR or marketing.
  • Language abilities beyond English (French, Spanish, German) will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
