Together, we are in search of a Paid Media Specialist to function as an in-house media buying agency dedicated to the Irish market. This role involves the activation and execution of biddable campaigns, aimed at generating the desired quantity of high-quality sales leads, all while consistently enhancing the return on investment from our media expenditure.

The role is hybrid in Dublin or Limerick.

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Ensure campaign activation quality.
  • Implement tracking, primarily UTM tagging, to monitor campaign performance across the sales funnel.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against lead generation media spend KPIs, identify deviations, and suggest alternatives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance media marketing ROI by interpreting results under different attribution models.
  • Actively engage with partners (e.g., Google, Facebook) to stay updated on best practices and innovations.
  • Contribute to the development of a local strategic roadmap for customer acquisition.
  • Execute marketing spend within budget constraints and control spending.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes for biddable channels.
  • Develop and execute formal A/B testing plans to optimize campaigns and channels.
  • Launch an audience strategy to maximize traffic volume and quality, emphasizing personalized messages.
  • Prioritize experience with lead generation and lead gen form formats.


  • Possess strong analytical skills for data analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Showcase excellent technical skills with Google Marketing Platform and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Clearly communicate key findings and development tactics.
  • Display a solid understanding of web, digital, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Require at least 5 years of experience in paid search and paid social, preferably in a media agency or in-house media environment.
