We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager who excels at building strong and enduring relationships with clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in understanding their clients' businesses, challenging assumptions, and staying informed about industry trends.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering long-term business impact through their commitment, ambition and out-of-the-box thinking. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and high-quality account and project management to the clients, driving the achievement of KPIs, and mentoring team members.

During the initial onboarding phase, your presence will be required at the office. However, once this period is completed, the position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client accounts; conducting relevant analysis, setting objectives aligned with the client's business plan, and formulating tailored strategies to help achieve their business objectives.
  • Implementing strategies on behalf of clients, ensuring their business is positioned appropriately.
  • Providing expertise on different marketing channels, trends, and best practices, offering guidance to clients.
  • Staying up to date with market and industry trends, displaying a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Undertaking individual projects and assisting team members, delivering advice and support to clients.
  • Adhering to the agency's procedures and quality standards.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services and keeping clients regularly informed about progress and costs.
  • Meeting targets for billing and time recording.
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Business Management or equivalent work experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Account Management at agency level.
  • Proficient in all digital advertising platforms with the ability to review and analyze ad metrics and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Capable of balancing multiple client deliverables and internal obligations.
  • Experienced in an agency environment or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Digital Marketing trends.
