We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Director to join their team.

As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the digital, creative, experiential, and influencer teams to develop and oversee integrated campaigns and solutions for their clients.

The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various marketing communication aspects, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess a successful track record of working in an agency or similar environment.

  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration among diverse agency teams to fulfill client objectives.
  • Ensuring clear and concise communication of client briefs to internal teams and efficient organization of workloads.
  • Proactively overseeing project management and delegation of roles within the team to achieve client objectives and strategic goals.
  • Delivering innovative solutions that generate measurable business outcomes for our clients.
  • Cultivating and managing client relationships while effectively managing their expectations.
  • Developing and managing client budgets.

  • Playing a pivotal role in the recruitment of new team members.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and potential growth/upsell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with agency partners and suppliers.


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting.
  • Prior experience building and managing team across different departments.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of digital communications, familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • A track record of successful campaigns across social media, PPC, search, display, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, within a given project.
  • Strong organisational skills and self-discipline to prioritise tasks and effectively handle multiple accounts and deadlines concurrently
