Elisa Barnett

A Catalan through and through, among Elisa’s qualities we can list organisation, efficiency, and a huge amount of empathy. Elisa is the Head of Talent Operations, managing the day-to-day health of the team as well as bringing new talent to Prosperity. When she calls an end to the day, she goes home to spend time with her kids and family by the sea in El Maresme.
