As the business continues to scale, they are seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of online growth and digital performance. Role Summary

The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online sales performance and optimising digital marketing activity across several channels. This position requires someone who is comfortable working strategically while also remaining closely involved in day-to-day campaign execution and ecommerce optimisation.

The role will involve managing relationships with external digital partners, overseeing internal marketing activity, and using data insights to improve conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall ecommerce and digital marketing strategy to support revenue growth across domestic and international markets
  • Manage and optimise the company’s ecommerce platform to ensure a smooth and effective customer journey from first interaction through to purchase
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales
  • Work closely with external digital marketing partners to plan, execute, and refine email marketing and affiliate campaigns
  • Oversee the company’s organic social media presence and provide guidance and support to internal team members responsible for content delivery
  • Ensure all digital creative output maintains brand consistency and aligns with wider marketing objectives
  • Analyse website and campaign performance using analytics platforms such as GA4 or similar tools
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive improvements in marketing efficiency and ecommerce performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, merchandising, and creative to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, stock availability, and promotions
  • Continuously test and improve digital activity through structured experimentation including A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and customer journey analysis
  • Track and report on key performance indicators relating to traffic, conversion, and online revenue

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing within a consumer-focused online business
  • Demonstrated success in increasing online revenue through digital marketing and ecommerce optimisation initiatives
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using tools such as GA4, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and report on performance metrics
  • Experience managing external marketing partners such as email marketing or affiliate agencies
  • Previous experience mentoring or overseeing junior marketing team members
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including email, affiliates, paid media, SEO, and social media
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Commercial mindset combined with a hands-on approach to marketing execution
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify would be beneficial
