My client is an established, independent digital agency working with ambitious organisations across both the public and private sectors. The agency helps clients shape, deliver and evolve their digital presence — from large-scale websites and platforms through to integrated digital campaigns and ongoing performance activity.

With a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, user experience and measurable outcomes, the business brings together specialists across design, technology, content and digital performance to deliver work that balances creativity with commercial impact.

Due to continued growth, my client is now seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and play a central role in the delivery of complex digital projects.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with regular on-site collaboration required with both clients and internal teams.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing position with responsibility for the day-to-day management of multiple accounts and projects. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and within agreed commercial parameters.

Working closely with senior leadership and internal delivery teams, you will be expected to bring structure, clarity and momentum to digital programmes, while confidently engaging in conversations around digital strategy, performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Support senior account leadership in the execution of account strategies
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of client communication and service

Digital Project Delivery

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple digital projects concurrently
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, UX and content
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables and dependencies
  • Maintain oversight of scope, ensuring changes are clearly documented and agreed
  • Ensure projects progress smoothly and key milestones are achieved
  • Commercial & Financial Oversight
  • Monitor project budgets and overall account profitability
  • Track revenue across assigned accounts and highlight potential risks early

Support forecasting and pipeline planning

  • Ensure projects are accurately scoped and commercially viable
  • Process, Quality & Ways of Working
  • Ensure agreed internal processes and documentation standards are followed
  • Maintain strong organisational discipline across accounts and projects
  • Contribute to improvements in delivery, account management and reporting practices
  • Uphold quality standards across all client work

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a digital or creative agency environment
  • Strong background managing complex digital projects, including website builds and platform-led work
  • Solid understanding of digital disciplines such as CMS platforms, UX, content, SEO, paid media and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with experience tracking project performance and margins
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
