Overview

As Senior Account Manager, you will become a pivotal figure within the agency, responsible for managing and growing key brand accounts while ensuring seamless delivery of creative and experiential work. Reporting to the Account Director, you will act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and external partners — ensuring strategy, timelines and budgets consistently deliver on brand and business objectives.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office per week, and with one extra home day per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of multiple brand accounts, maintaining an exceptional standard of service, responsiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Develop deep understanding of each client’s business, shoppers/consumers and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth and opportunity areas.
  • Work closely with creative, media and production teams to translate strategic briefs into integrated campaign execution across retail, in-store activity, live events, digital and print.
  • Own project planning, budgeting and forecasting; drive cost-effectiveness while preserving high campaign quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular client reports and presentations; clearly communicate progress, learnings and next steps.
  • Mentor and coach more junior account team members; support development of account team capability and career growth.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships — ensuring smooth collaboration and a unified agency approach.

About You

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in agency account management or brand-side marketing, ideally with exposure to shopper, experiential or retail execution.
  • Proven track record managing campaigns from brief through to completion, including budget management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication, and a client-facing presence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment and able to prioritise and deliver across competing demands.
  • Analytical mindset — you use data, insights and measurement to drive decisions and sharpen campaign results.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to influence internally, collaborate with senior client stakeholders and innovate in execution.
  • Must have full working rights in Ireland.
