Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies aligned with the beauty brand, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and growth while adhering to the brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Curate visually appealing, high-quality content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written copy, with a special emphasis on showcasing the beauty products, brand values, and unique selling points.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting of beauty-related content on all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Execute social media advertising campaigns in line with budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor beauty industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to identify content creation and engagement opportunities specific to the beauty brand.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant beauty influencers, managing influencer partnerships to amplify the brand reach and engagement within the beauty community.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers aligned with the brand values and target audience, negotiating and executing influencer collaborations, including contract negotiations, product partnerships, and sponsored content.
  • Oversee briefing processes, content delivery, and post-content insights analysis with influencers and their agents.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring timely content delivery and tracking performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse influencer activities, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated on emerging beauty trends, industry influencers, and social media platforms specific to the beauty industry, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance our brand presence.
  • Collaborate with our support team and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and building positive relationships with followers and beauty influencers on behalf of our beauty brand.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices specific to the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in the beauty industry context.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful organic social media strategies within the beauty industry.
  • Experience in creating engaging beauty-related content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Extensive knowledge of beauty influencers, industry trends, and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights specific to the beauty industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the beauty industry.
  • In-depth understanding of beauty industry regulations and guidelines related to social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
