Are you a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Senior Account Manager with a strong passion for business, corporate communications, and campaigning? This role primarily focuses on supporting corporate communication and campaigning accounts, where you will be guiding esteemed clients on crafting compelling narratives, fostering positive stakeholder relationships, and delivering proactive stories that align with strategic business goals. 

Your key responsibilities will involve delivering top-notch service to our clients and taking a central role in driving activities across multiple account teams. As the main point of contact for all projects, you will build a trusted advisor relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a key strategic advisor for clients on a day-to-day basis, collaborating closely with associate consultants, consultants, and directors. 
  • Assist in creating effective communications solutions, plans, and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and manage corporate reputation for clients. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by consistently delivering positive and impactful results for clients. 
  • Foster strong and enduring relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients. 
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of your clients' industries and sectors. 
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by participating in new business development and pitch activities. 
  • Stay abreast of changes in the media landscape and relevant insights to generate informed opinions and innovative ideas for clients. 
  • Provide comprehensive and high-quality reporting to showcase the value and impact of achieved results for clients. 

Requirements: 

  • More than 5 years of valuable experience in a communication-related capacity. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Well-versed in handling media interactions. 
  • Recognise and appreciate the significance of creativity in successful campaigning. 
  • Proven track record of providing high-level strategic guidance to clients. 
  • Outstanding skills in managing and building positive relationships with clients or internal stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated strengths in organization and time management. 
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively address requests before they arise. 
  • A positive, adaptable, and driven team player. 
  • Extensive understanding of the financial aspects of account management.
