Our client, a well-established and award-winning digital agency with a strong presence across Europe, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Dublin-based team on a 6-month contract, with potential for extension. This role plays a pivotal part in managing high-value client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of strategic digital projects during an exciting phase of growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value, retainer-based client accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless project delivery across timelines, resources, and scopes.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Lead quarterly reviews and performance reports, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Represent the client’s voice within the agency and ensure clear direction for internal teams.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Track billable time and ensure value delivery against retained services. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital agency or similar client-facing role.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex client relationships and digital projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing retainers or similar revenue models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital production processes (UX, design, development).
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivery. 

Desirable: 

  • Experience working with B2B and/or public sector clients.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting tools or CMS platforms (e.g., CraftCMS, WordPress).
  • Experience working with clients across European or UK markets.
