Our client, a dynamic and growing agency, is looking for a Creative Lead to join their innovative and collaborative team.

This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative with exceptional concepting, design, and leadership skills. As a key member of the team, you’ll shape brand and campaign work from the ground up—guiding projects from early ideas through to high-impact execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative ideation across brand, campaign, content, and digital experience projects
  • Guide and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a high level of craft and originality
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, and account teams to translate briefs into strong creative solutions
  • Art direct designers, writers, and external collaborators (e.g. motion, illustration, video)
  • Present and sell creative work confidently to senior clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with strategic goals and brand positioning
  • Maintain quality and consistency across multiple projects and channels
  • Inspire and mentor more junior creatives within the team
  • Contribute to new business pitches and creative proposals as needed
  • Keep up with creative and cultural trends, bringing fresh thinking to the table

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of creative experience within a digital, brand, or creative agency
  • A standout portfolio showcasing work across campaign, brand, digital, and content
  • Proven ability to lead creative direction and bring ideas to life through design and storytelling
  • Strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail and craft
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing contexts
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience art directing across motion, video, and illustration (photography a bonus)
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • A passion for great creative that delivers real business impact

This is a 12-month maternity cover with the potential for a permanent role.
