Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing digital campaigns that drive client success and align with their broader business goals. This role requires a skilled digital marketer and social media strategist with expertise across paid media, influencer engagement, SEO, PPC, content development, and performance reporting. Focus, energy, and persistence are essential qualities for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day digital activities, including creative development, paid media strategy and execution, community engagement, social listening, influencer partnerships, and campaign measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital strategies for corporate and consumer brands, covering paid media, content planning, and channel optimisation.
  • Produce and distribute engaging digital content (written, video, and visual) across social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Design and oversee influencer marketing programmes for client campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to drive ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, including innovation within the digital service offering, brainstorming for new business, mentoring, training, and talent development.
  • Work closely with other agency teams to ensure digital solutions are seamlessly integrated into multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners (creative agencies, analytics providers, event specialists) to deliver cohesive, results-driven campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries and proactively provide strategic advice across all communications channels, with a digital emphasis.
  • Stay informed on digital industry trends, emerging technologies, and sector developments.

Skills and Competencies

  • Creative thinker with a strong grasp of digital campaign planning.
  • Working knowledge of paid media strategy and platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

  • Strong, flexible writing skills adaptable to different audiences and platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field. (A PR qualification is a plus.)
  • Strong written communication skills, a flair for creativity, and a thorough understanding of influencer marketing, integrated communications, and content strategy.
  • Solid grasp of best practices in digital marketing, campaign analysis, and audience behaviour tracking.
  • Familiarity with a range of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.

Desired Additional Skills

  • Experience creating digital content (knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is advantageous).
  • Platform expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Strong familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and native social platform insights.
  • Ability to adjust campaigns in real time based on performance data.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
