We are currently working with an award-winning, leading, and innovative digital marketing agency based in Dublin. They are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to support their brand both locally and globally. This is a contract that will last approx. 12-14 months, and is 2-3 days per week. Start date: ASAP.

  • Lead an integrated team handling CRM, Paid Social, and Paid Search to effectively execute the agency's marketing plan.
  • Provide reports on inbound lead generation and marketing performance to the Managing Director.
  • Devise and execute a strategic content marketing strategy encompassing case studies, blogs, social media content, guest posts, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with various departments to generate content ideas.
  • Manage the content pipeline from concept to completion.
  • Assist and mentor team members in content creation, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify cross-publishing opportunities with existing media partners.
  • Draft and disseminate press releases as needed.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings to analyse insights from paid social, paid search, and CRM.
  • Adjust strategies based on data and insights.
  • Provide progress updates, insights, and identify obstacles to leadership throughout the year.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule webinar content as per business requirements.
  • Aid in content development for key client events and webinars.
  • Promote webinars in collaboration with CRM, Paid Social, and PPC teams to maximize participation.
  • Develop and implement plans to repurpose content across multiple channels.
  • Maximize the value of existing marketing partnerships.
  • Identify potential partners to enhance content reach in targeted regions.


  • Previous experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and narrative development.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with creative problem-solving abilities.
