Our client is on the lookout for an ambitious Account Manager to join a premier agency known for creating award-winning campaigns for some of Ireland and the world’s most prestigious brands. They are seeking a driven and experienced professional to become a key part of their dynamic Client Services Team.  

The ideal candidate will be a creative and enthusiastic individual with relevant agency experience, a passion for experiential marketing, shopper marketing, and advertising, and a powerful desire to advance to the next level in their career. In this role, you will work across multi-disciplinary project teams, managing campaigns for a range of high-profile clients and brands from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  •  Directly engage with clients to capture comprehensive briefs, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and translated into clear, actionable agency briefs.
  • Manage projects by following agency processes consistently across all clients, including planning, CPA, budgeting, creative development, and talent management.
  • Oversee full project management, coordinating all resources, materials, and logistics required for campaign delivery, including detailed management of administrative and financial aspects.
  • Produce high-quality, ongoing reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Account Director by contributing to the development and presentation of client presentations, including writing and presenting specific sections.
  • Stay alert to potential business opportunities, updating and assisting the Account Director in securing leads and new business prospects.
  • Manage and mentor account executives, delegating tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, currently holding a position such as Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or Senior Account Executive
  • Relevant third-level qualification.
  • Ability to discuss and advise clients on design, finished art, and the creative process.
  • Competent in print specification and processes, enabling confident client briefings and updates.
  • Strong focus on detail, particularly in managing project finance and billing.
  • Experience in surveying, specification, construction, and installation, including reporting to the Account Director and managing de-rigging of experiential and event structures.
  • Deep understanding of marketing mechanics and tactics to effectively meet client objectives.
  • Effective client management skills that inspire confidence in project delivery.
