Our client is a native Irish company, based in Limerick, that offers an App to simplify and modernize clinical trials (clinical software). 

They are currently seeking a Head of Go-to-Market to lead the team responsible for building and activating sales lead generation strategies. The role is essential for driving growth through the establishment of long-term competitive positioning, the launch of go-to-market strategies, and the scaling of lead generation efforts.

  •  Lead a cross-functional team to expand demand generation efforts across marketing, sales, and services teams.
  • Oversee the go-to-market workstream for strategic initiatives, including product and service launches, to ensure delivery of a unique value proposition, cross-functional alignment, and enhanced enablement of customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to promote cross-functional alignment on lead generation and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop and refine positioning for both new and existing products/services by analyzing competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Create business cases for investment in marketing spend, SDR, MarTech, and R&D. 


  •  8+ years of experience in a senior marketing roles or consulting within a tech B2B environment
  • Strong background in marketing B2B SaaS product  
  • You’re familiar with both the strategic and operational aspects of Go-to-Market (you have a documented history of sucessful GTM exectutions)
  • Proven track record of driving successful product growth in a fast-paced SaaS start-up, with experience working with R&D, sales and services
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated ability in structuring and leading complex projects with multiple teams involved.
  • You’re a strategic and commercial thinker
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Expertise in Hubspot Sales CRM
  • Excellent knowledge of lead generation levers like social media, referrals, PPC, SDR
