As their new D2C eCommerce Business Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a best-in-class eCommerce blueprint. The main objective of this role is to implement digital strategies that drive online sales for all brands. This position will involve collaborating with the DCoE and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal website performance, align and communicate data and insights, and identify and share growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:  

  • Own strategic elements of DTC eCommerce channels, including product catalog, pricing alignment, product merchandising, customer care, fulfillment, and coordination with 3PL for pick & pack.
  • Implement and execute comprehensive D2C eCommerce activation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage traffic generation and performance marketing initiatives to ensure optimal site traffic.
  • Conduct business planning, inventory analysis, and sales forecasts based on traffic generation and conversion optimization.
  • Oversee commercial and activation activities for global eCommerce channels. 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Over 4 years of experience in a similar role, delivering best-in-class eCommerce solutions.
  • Results-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about and interested in consumer trends.
  • Experience in managing eCommerce sites end-to-end, including performance marketing, merchandising, conversion optimization, pricing and promotions, fulfillment, and consumer care.
