We are working with a cutting-edge luxury ecommerce company, based in Ireland with customers predominantly in the US.

They are looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our digital team based in Ireland.

This is a fully remote, 4-day week position however the position will require the chosen candidate to attend team meetings in Dublin or Louth, 1-2 times a month. 

As we are a small company and the position is remote we require someone who is highly capable and self-directed and has a minimum 3 years experience working in Ecommerce.

Initially the candidate will cover and Ecommerce Maternity leave to later move into a fully-fledged Digital Marketing role.

Responsibilities – maternity cover:

  • Manage day to day website. Create and publish products to the site each season. Upload new assets to the site monthly. We are currently using Shopify.
  • Liaise with the graphic designer and marketing consultants to manage timelines for all marketing assets, including site, email and ads in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Onboarding any new systems such as Order Management Systems or Dropshipping systems with the Operations Director. Assistance will be provided but someone comfortable with systems is essential.
  • Track and measure Google Analytics metrics and provide reports. Training will be given on GA but experience in reporting is desirable.
  • Provide cover for Customer service during the CS managers annual leave periods. Basic order processing and emails, training will be provided.
  • Ad hoc day to day tasks assisting the Operations Director, creating reports, liaising with PR and Marketing

Responsibilities - Digital Marketing:

  • Setup and manage Google PPC, Search and Display paid advertising campaigns. Manage the advertising spend, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing to ensure that KPIs are achieved.
  • Develop and manage our SEO strategy via the delivery of improvements in SERPs & growth in Organic Search Traffic.
  • Work alongside our email consultant on our email platform Klaviyo scheduling our email campaigns and reporting on data insights.
  • Develop content to support marketing campaigns and onsite to create engagement. You will need to have excellent copywriting skills and the capacity to ensure messaging and all content is in line with brand aesthetics and overall strategy.
  • Drive and oversee our marketing calendar and collaborate with the rest of the creative team, across multiple locations.
  • Report on Marketing KPI results weekly to the Operations Director and CEO.


  • Experience in Ecommerce is essential, at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency with Ecommerce and Digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Search Console
  • Experience in Shopify a bonus
  • Excellent copywriting skills required with the capacity to ensure messaging is on brand as we are a luxury company.
  • Data-driven individual with a keen attention to detail focus.
  • Aptitude to work without direct supervision.
