We are looking for a Senior Customer Analyst for one of the biggest hospitality brands worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity within the vibrant travel industry, where our client is revolutionising the industry. 

In your this role you will collaborate with growth teams from various departments towards common goals. As part of the Customer Analytics Team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Analytics, you'll support Commercial Growth teams with insights from advanced analytics.  

Your role involves building business forecast models and customer clustering to inform decision-making and enhance our understanding of our customer base. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of analysts, engineers, and scientists, utilizing top-notch technology.

  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to predict sales trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics. Ensure models are accurate, scalable, and adaptable to changing business environments.
  • Utilise advanced analytics techniques to segment our customer base into distinct clusters. Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics to identify patterns and insights.
  • Analyse complex datasets to extract actionable insights. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing, supply, and product development teams to implement analytics-driven strategies. Provide analytical support for cross-departmental projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes. Implement best practices in analytics and data management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts. Lead by example in analytics best practices and professional development. 


  • 5+ years’ experience in customer analytics, data science or a similar role.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Forecasting Modelling.
  • Extensive experience of over 4 years in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), demonstrating proficiency in leveraging CDPs to enhance customer insights, personalise experiences, and drive business growth.
  • A strong understanding of business dynamics and a determined approach to leveraging data for achieving concrete business results.
  • Statistical and mathematical modelling expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong influencing skills, experienced at working with senior managers, and with the ability to clearly articulate complex mathematical arguments in a straightforward way.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling extensive datasets, both structured and unstructured, with a keen focus on precision, thoroughness, and efficiency.
  • Desire to learn and adopt leading technologies and practices.
  • Expertise in tools such as Snowflake, Fivetran, Hightouch, Twilio Segment, Snowflake, Vertex AI, etc.
  • The willingness to adopt new tools if required.
  • Relentless curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and initiative.
  • Excellent presentational skills.
  • Fluent English is essential (both spoken and written).
