As the Innovation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation initiatives and delivering customized solutions to meet clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, fostering an innovation culture and gaining support for initiatives. Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and events to encourage participation and idea sharing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. Conduct research to identify potential opportunities for innovation and assess market viability. Monitor competitors and benchmark best practices in innovation management.
  • Identify and engage external partners, including startups and industry experts, to drive innovation. Foster collaborative relationships and explore partnership opportunities for new ideas, technologies, and resources.
  • Oversee innovation project execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery with
  • Establish metrics and performance indicators for measuring innovation initiative effectiveness. Regularly report on key metrics, such as idea generation, implementation success rate, and return on investment.

  • Stay abreast of innovation practices and thought leadership, sharing insights, best practices, and success stories internally and externally. Contribute to industry events, conferences, and publications to position the organization as an innovation leader.

Qualities that distinguish you:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Innovation Management, Innovation Consultancy, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving and delivering innovation-focused deliverables in new product development and proposition design.
  • Knowledge of key innovation practices such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
  • General interest in technology innovation, commercial business building, or new propositions scaling.
  • Ability to work independently, actively managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Office365 Suite, Miro, and other digital tools used in innovation management.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for collaboration with international clients.
