Overview: Global Shopper Marketing Manager, US development brands

In the role of our clients new Global Shopper Marketing Manager for US development brands, you'll report to the Global Shopper Marketing Director and take charge of crafting and steering the shopper marketing strategy for the global retail tools of the US brand portfolio. Your collaboration will extend to the global brand team, cross-functional agencies, and the US Shopper Marketing team to formulate annual plans and campaigns. 

This role is based out of the Dublin Office (hybrid).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Global Shopper Marketing Director in shaping the shopper marketing strategy for the US brands portfolio.
  • Execute best-in-class shopper strategies with a focus on reinvention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Point-of-Sale agencies to spearhead the development of top-notch retail and e-retail tools tailored for specific retail channels and customers.
  • Lead initiatives for local retailer-specific solutions based on insights derived from comprehensive analyses and research.
  • Drive online merchandising and e-retail initiatives in tandem with the US team, collaborating with the Digital Center of Excellence.
  • Explore, conceptualize, and test innovative retail solutions to push boundaries and generate buzz for the brands. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in brand and/or shopper marketing.
  • Proficiency in crafting in-store assets that drive trial and boost sales.
  • Expertise in managing the agency process from brief to delivering outstanding ideas.
  • Familiarity with the US market.
