In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our customers' journey by developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience throughout their interactions with our brand.

  • Develop and execute customer-focused marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and personalization in customer interactions.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer experience marketing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and persona development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to create copy that is both informative and engaging.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent English
  • Familiarity and interest in retail trading and the US stock market
