They are seeking to make the key appointment of a Brand and Comms Development Manager to work with an autonomous, well-established creative team that is dedicated to creating top-tier brand, communications and website projects for forward-thinking B2B companies with a global focus. Main Responsibilities:  

  • Plan, guide, and project manage brand, communications, and website development projects, both large and small, on behalf of ambitious, progressive, internationally focused B2B companies.
  • Manage client relations as the primary client liaison, fostering collaborative and strong relationships.
  • Conduct voice-of-the-customer interviews to uncover valuable insights guiding the work. Conducts comprehensive competitor branding and communications reviews to gain a deeper understanding of the landscape and inspire creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to help shape the foundational aspects and direction of brand and communications strategies.
  • Develop project plans and briefs, playing a pivotal role in the planning phase.
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate all project resources, defines scope, and establishes pricing strategies. Oversees project execution through the use of Teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Technical Director, and their respective teams to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that all project outcomes align with the provided brief. Manages the development of various assets, including photography, videos, websites, sales presentations, and trade show stands.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the development of written content. Additionally, oversee brand rollouts. 


  • A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience is preferred, particularly in the B2B sector
  • Ideally, you will have agency experience and a history of overseeing large international clients.
  • A skill set that includes comprehensive planning and project management abilities, paired with a proven talent for leading collaborative efforts between clients and agencies.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional proficiency in copywriting.
  • In addition to leadership, the ability to be hands-on and have hands-on experience in implementing tactics and directly managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • A concise and confident communication style.
