We are currently working with a Full-Service Branding Agency who specialize in integrating Strategy, Creative Design, and Communications for corporate and employer brands, to assist them in their search for a full-time, onsite Social Media Marketing Manager.  

This Agency has a talented team that works closely with clients to create impactful branding and engaging content. 

This role involves the day-to-day management of social media channels, content strategy development, social media optimization (SMO) implementation, and digital marketing initiatives. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also be responsible for fostering communication and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our clients' goals and values.
  • Craft original, high-quality, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
  • Utilize design tools to produce visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visuals that support social media campaigns.
  • Build active and loyal communities.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to enhance strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, incorporating them into your strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless integration of social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a background in content creation.
  • Demonstrated creativity and ambition.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills for executing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
