They are seeking to make the key appointment of a Paid Social Manager who will be required to lead the strategy on social campaigns and media buying and possess expert knowledge of social platforms.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing and efficient liaison with a range of in-house teams.
  • Creating, optimising and scaling social media campaigns using performance data trends.
  • Analysing and compiling custom reporting as per customer needs.
  • Assisting with and troubleshooting technical tasks and back-end processes: catalogues, Facebook pixels, data sets, creative scoping, feed mapping, etc.
  • Leading training on the company’s own software.
  • Organising user and own feedback to product teams.
  • Communicating with account stakeholders around performance, testing, and creative opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience with paid ads and campaign management with an emphasis on Facebook/Instagram
  • Confident knowledge in performance marketing goals and concepts
  • Experience managing ad budgets, ensuring constant optimisation and excellent value for money.
  • You’ll be great at meeting deadlines both internal and external.
  • Top-notch communication skills with precise attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and proactive problem-solver, with experience delegating to and managing a small team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
