The brand is known for its advanced technological solutions, and strong commitment to engineering excellence. A skilled team is currently working on inventing, designing, and crafting cutting-edge wearable EMS technology. This innovation is scheduled for a 2024 release, reaching consumers both directly and through carefully selected retail partnerships. 

As the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire spectrum of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) activities, including acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts across Europe, North America, and critical markets within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and execute acquisition strategies, leveraging established and emerging digital advertising channels to attract and engage potential customers, ultimately driving online visits and purchases. 
  • Work together with development partners to optimise conversion rates by presenting the product narratives in compelling ways and ensuring an exceptional user experience. 
  • Implement post-purchase communication strategies to assist customers and drive ongoing engagement. 
  • Lead and direct DTC initiatives across multiple continents, ensuring a cohesive approach to acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies. 
  • Manage and coordinate eCommerce and Digital Marketing efforts, spanning Europe, North America, and key Asia Pacific markets, to achieve overall business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously innovate and enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, keeping them aligned with industry trends and best practices. 
  • Analyse performance metrics and customer insights to make data-driven decisions, ensuring the continuous improvement and optimization of eCommerce and Digital Marketing efforts globally. 

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, with an emphasis on B2C.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with current trends, along with ability to spot upcoming opportunities and acting on them.
  • Proficiency in effectively managing substantial budgets to maximise return on investment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, ease at collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and partners. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving results, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Problem solving atittude, adept at finding solutions and troubleshooting.
