Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention and revenue targets strategy.
  • Enhance the CRM platform for effective data capture throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Maximise LTV cost-effectively through data-driven quarterly and monthly retention plans.
  • Gain excellent understanding of the customer and their traits in relation to the product offering.
  • Develop segmentation models and customise customer messaging for improved engagement and retention.
  • Build and manage an email marketing program, audience segmentation, and automation to boost customer retention and LTV.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve website user experience and post-purchase customer service, ultimately increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Drive creative concept development to convert and engage customers, working with both in-house and external design and marketing resources when necessary.
  • Regularly produce KPI reports, including detailed campaign analysis.

Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science, digital marketing and/or eCommerce.
  • Over 4 years of experience driving retention initiatives in a global B2C online environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in digital CRM, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of strategies to enhance customer LTV.
  • Prior experience in marketing automation, email marketing, direct marketing, and user segmentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and team spirit.
  • Ability to develop effective retention campaign strategies to achieve targets.
  • Track record of delivering user-facing online projects.
