Our client, a top life sciences distributor, is looking for an Internal Marketing Specialist to boost their marketing efforts. The right candidate should have a solid grasp of marketing in small businesses, and the skills to lead different marketing projects, including web design, SEO, brand awareness, and digital campaigns. With the company entering a new reorganization phase next year, this role will be vital in reshaping their marketing approach, requiring a 360-marketing professional who can contribute across all areas of the business.

Knowledge of the life science industry will be an asset for this role as it is important for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Enhance branding and the website landing page.
  • Provide day-to-day sales support, execute email campaigns, and manage social media marketing.
  • Develop marketing calendar and optimise the website for better performance.
  • Drive lead generation efforts encompassing both B2B and B2C aspects.
  • Act as a focal point for the core business of life science distribution.
  • Collaborate on business development to onboard new life science suppliers exclusively for the Irish market.
  • Target end customers including universities, the BioPharma sector, and Clinic Diagnostics.
  • Represent various brands in Ireland, coordinating salespeople, drop shipping, and stock holding as needed.
  • Drive content generation with a focus on scientific knowledge and a keen understanding of regulated environments.


  • Minimum of 5 years' senior-level experience in marketing.
  • Profound expertise in UX design, digital marketing, web development.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with third-party agencies.
  • Professional knowledge of branding, growth strategies, and inbound marketing lead generation.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and lead generation strategies.
  • A performance-oriented background is a must.
