We are looking for a highly skilled Audiences and Lifecycle Technical Product Owner to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product future by establishing budgets, policies, and long-term roadmaps. Managing the entire product lifecycle, you will transform the business product vision into an actionable backlog.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the development requirements for Audience and Lifecycle Products.
  • Prioritize the backlog by collaborating with the Support Product Owner and implementing input from the scrum team.
  • Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to ensure the product design aligns with the specified requirements.
  • Gather input and seek approval for the solution design from various IT perspectives, including security and enterprise architecture.
  • Manage the deployment of shared engineering resources and foster effective collaboration with external partners for efficient product delivery.
  • Support short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning for product requirements.
  • Manage small and medium projects related to the product, including translating business ideas into plans and identifying dependencies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, particularly the Digital Center of Excellence.
  • Oversee the deployment of shared engineering resources and collaboration with external partners to ensure efficient product delivery.
  • Represent the technical team's needs in Digital Transformation SteerCo meetings.
  • Present product progress, KPIs, and dependencies in Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Ensure effective Agile cross-functional teamwork to deliver products and platforms.
  • Manage a flexible staffing model to enable efficient and cost-effective scaling of the digital delivery organization.
  • Act as a thought leader in Agile delivery, working closely with the scrum master.
  • Collaborate with the digital product owner to deliver the digital product based on the product vision.
  • Proactively address roadblocks, with business leadership providing inputs and escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide the product owner with an executive summary of quality assurance conclusions and risks for smoother sign-off.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or another appropriate field.
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience in building digital products, with MarTech knowledge as a plus.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and working within DevOps teams.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with various stakeholders, including product managers, marketing, business partners, design, and engineering.
  • Familiarity with customer research, user experience design, and data analysis.
  • Forward-thinking leader who promotes an Agile and flexible culture, emphasizing MVP mindset and effective decision-making.
  • Expert at balancing the needs of IT, digital, and business stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Thought leader during digital organizational transformations is preferred.
