We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager who will act as the "Data Prime" in the Digital Performance and Analytics team within the Digital Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, gathering requirements, and delivering data solutions such as reporting, dashboards, data modeling, data profiling, and supporting data engineering pipelines. This will enable stakeholders to make better data-driven decisions.  

This role require experience with Digital Markering tools such as CDP, Campaign Management and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with business and IT teams by delivering value-added solutions within established deadlines. 
  • Educate stakeholders on data requirements necessary to execute solutions. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned data domains and departments. 
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners to define data requirements and source-to-target mapping necessary to support analytics initiatives. 
  • Create quality technical specifications for Data Engineers and BI Developers as required. 
  • Develop quality BI deliverables as required to specifications. 
  • Participate in solution design and discussion with various Data and IT Teams. 
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of team standards and policies on data assets. 
  • Support Business and IT leaders by performing ad hoc investigation and analysis. 
  • Execute test plans on data deliverables prior to live deployment. 
  • Update documentation as required, including requirements documentation, user guides, business glossary, test plan, and knowledge catalog. 
  • Provide project status updates as required. 
  • Develop training materials to assist with new data deployments. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience using business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics tools. 
  • Experience in delivering BI solutions within the SDLC framework, adapting to different roles as required. 
  • Proficiency in developing technical specifications for BI development and Data Engineering teams. 
  • A college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 
  • Skills in developing BI tools like PowerBI, Qlik, and Cognos. 
  • Knowledge in Data Management practices like Data Governance and Data Quality Management. 
  • CPG or Beverage experience is an added advantage. 
  • Experienced in using Enterprise Performance Management tools.
