Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic lead to the team, managing resources effectively across all accounts.
  • Formulate and execute results-driven SEO strategies for allocated client accounts.
  • Manage a team of SEO Executives and Managers, conducting regular reviews and mentoring new team members.
  • Support SEO Managers and Executives in delivering high-performance client management and results.
  • Develop and maintain close and productive client relationships, continually analyzing performance to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create advanced content and link building initiatives for high-value clients.
  • Take the lead on creating and documenting internal processes to improve services.
  • Contribute to upsells, proposals, and pitches with successful SEO strategies.
  • Manage profitability of client accounts, ensuring appropriate resourcing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and adapt processes and deliverables accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with MySQL, PHP/ASP, and APIs is advantageous.
  • A strategic mindset with a drive for innovation and a passion for achieving results.
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy.
  • Previous experience developing and delivering presentations and reports to clients.
  • Ability to establish solid relationships with the internal team and clients.
  • Possess a strong commercial acumen and the ability to define project scopes and address client requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
