To keep up with the constantly evolving marketing landscape, on their behalf, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager with a focus on Digital to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. 

Your primary focus will be on crafting engaging and innovative digital content that resonates with our target audience, with a particular emphasis on video content. As a creative thinker, you will bring fresh ideas to the table and work closely with your team to create high-quality, impactful campaigns. 

In addition to your creativity, you will also possess excellent managerial skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team of content creators and marketers, provide guidance and support throughout the content creation process, and delegate tasks effectively. The salary for this position starts at €46,494 and will increase to €59,286 over a period of four years.

  • Manage the company's TikTok and YouTube channels. 
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and international team to ensure local and global social media strategies are aligned. 
  • Manage the digital agency partner and act as the main point of contact. 
  • Develop and expand social media activities in line with the company's social media strategy. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to plan and create content. 
  • Work with the Paid Media team to produce native content for both in-house and third-party channels, as well as paid influencer campaigns. 
  • Attend video and photography shoots with agency and production partners. 
  • Assist in meetings, briefs, and brainstorming sessions. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and update the team's knowledge accordingly. 


  • Prior experience in social media role required. 
  • Copywriting skills with the ability to write in the brand's tone of voice. 
  • Creative with a strong attention to detail and design.  
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A driving license. 
  • Capability to ensure work is completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner with a focus on attention to detail.
