On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced, creative Account Director to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the delivery of successful campaigns. You will work closely with the agency's creative and production teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and oversee digital campaigns, including display, video, social, and other channels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams within the agency to deliver on client requirements, ensuring strategic and creative excellence in response to client briefs.
  • Prioritise and manage client expectations, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Maximise team output and efficiencies by coordinating workflow and effectively delegating to team members while managing team workload.
  • Mentor team members and develop their skill sets in accordance with their individual goals and career paths.
  • Play a key role in the recruitment of new team members as needed, ensuring a strong and talented team.
  • Actively participate in new business efforts, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams and winning new business for the company.

Requirements:

  • A third level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in digital media strategy, planning, and buying.
  • recent experience working in an agency environment at the Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
  • You are a digital native with expertise in all digital channels, including PPC, SEO, content, social, programmatic.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior levels.
  • Commercial experience, including growing revenues and effectively managing budgets for major brand campaigns.
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with management reporting, including the ability to effectively analyze and present data.
