Our client, a reputable Italian shoe brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee website development, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a solid digital background, experience in developing successful marketing strategies, and a passion for fashion and the digital environment. They will also be responsible for reporting on activities and KPIs.

  • Regularly measure and report on all aspects of performance and strategy to ensure stakeholders are informed. 
  • Drive revenue and profitability of the eCommerce operation through optimized marketing activities. 
  • Implement and deliver the company's eCommerce strategy, including a multi-channel approach and proactive partnership with service providers. 
  • Set and exceed website KPIs aligned with business goals, and make changes based on site performance. 
  • Oversee and manage various teams, including DC, fulfillment, content, design, marketing, sales, and eCommerce customer service and fulfillment. 
  • Develop and support the content team, and campaign management for new season launches and tactical promotions. 
  • Manage, delegate, or outsource activities to drive traffic, conversion rate optimization, customer retention, and new customer growth. 
  • Leverage social media to build and maintain cross-channel customer relationships. 
  • Provide regular competitor intelligence and weekly/monthly updates on key digital activities. 
  • Manage, develop, and grow the eCommerce team to meet business requirements. 


  • Over 5 years of experience in eCommerce retail with a track record of delivering strategic growth. 
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, possessing extensive knowledge of the online environment. 
  • Ability to deliver service excellence and a clear understanding of key online marketing priorities. 
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices, as well as excellent copywriting skills. 
  • Technical expertise in page optimization and proficiency in using Google Analytics to improve performance. 
  • Proficiency in both organic and paid social media advertising. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. 
  • Experience in managing teams and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives. 
  • Prior experience in fashion retail would be highly advantageous.
