We are currently seeking a Website Product and Playbook Owner who can transform the website experience for the brands into a key destination for consumers. The ideal candidate will focus on creating a premium web experience that is easy to evolve, change, and maintain. They will work on templatizing content blocks, developing a framework for campaign landing pages, leveraging user-generated content, and optimizing engagement and conversion rates for the commerce website. Ultimately, the goal is to create an immersive website experience that connects consumers to our brands and products.

  • Facilitate demand gathering and idea generation from local teams across geographies.

  • Experience working between business and IT, with knowledge of various website technologies and best practices. 
  • Familiar with advanced product management techniques, including backlog management and demand prioritization. 
  • Successful experience in both global and local team setups. 
  • Recognized as a thought leader in website experiences, with a track record of success. 
  • Comfortable discussing technical frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue, as well as leading strategic conversations about website engagement. 
  • Created internal communities of practice and values shared knowledge for team growth. 
  • Strong team player and problem-solver. 
  • Experienced in agile methodologies and iterative continuous improvement.
